    Customize your entry screen; smoother on phones

    • Studio > Splash now has a frosted, solid, gradient or image background, your own colors, message animation (shimmer, plain, typewriter, pulse), text size and spacing, a custom line and hint text, avatar shape and size, and a choice of exit animation.
    • The entry screen and your profile load much lighter on phones: no heavy blur, and background effects wait until your visitor taps in.

    Easier custom CSS for icon links

    • Custom CSS can now target icon rows with .yen-icon-row (the row) and .yen-icon-link (each icon), for example to tighten the spacing between icons.

    Change your email; tidier Settings

    • Settings > Account identity now lets you change the email you sign in with. We confirm it with your current address first, then verify the new one.
    • Passkeys, signed-in devices and account controls now live inside the Security section.

    Passkeys and safer sign-in

    • Sign in with a passkey (Touch ID, Windows Hello, your phone or a security key) from the login page. Add or remove passkeys in Settings > Account Security.
    • Settings now lists every device you are signed in on, so you can end any session you do not recognise.
    • New passwords are checked against known data breaches, and repeated sign-in attempts are rate limited.

    Schedule your links

    • Any block can now have a "Show from" and "Hide after" time, handy for launches, sales and events. Outside that window it disappears from your public page (you still see it in the editor, marked Scheduled or Expired).
    • Links to known phishing or malware pages are refused when you save them.

    • In Studio > Links and content, use "Import your links from Linktree", enter your Linktree name, pick the links you want, and they are added to your page.

    Guestbook controls

    • Turn signing off to close your guestbook while keeping the entries.
    • Turn on "Approve entries before they show" and new messages wait for you. Approve them with the check mark on your page while signed in.

    Weekly stats email

    • Every Monday we email a short summary of your views, clicks, top link and top country. Weeks with no activity are skipped.
    • Turn it off any time in Settings, or with the unsubscribe link in the email.

    Guestbooks

    • Add a Guestbook from Studio > Links and content so visitors can leave short messages on your page.
    • It matches your layout, including a Windows-style "Sign my guestbook!" window in Desktop 98. You can delete any entry while signed in.

    • Design > Fine tune > Links and buttons now has "Icon link size" for links that show just an icon.

    Insights show real countries; clearer errors in Settings

    • Insights now records where visitors are from (it showed "Unknown" for everyone before). Older views stay unknown.
    • Aliases, username changes and custom domains now show a clear message when something is refused (like a reserved name) instead of a cryptic error.

    • Studio > Identity now has a "Show join date" switch, so you can hide the "Since …" date without hiding your location or pronouns.

    Pick your own link icons and colors

    • Choose an icon for any link from a library of social logos and general icons, with search.
    • Set any color for the icon, e.g. a white TikTok logo instead of the default.

    Leaderboard

    • See the 50 most viewed profiles at yen.bio/leaderboard.
    • Paste the link in Discord to get an interactive top-10 card with a button that opens the full leaderboard.
    • Stronger view-count protection: your own visits never count, repeat visits from the same person are limited, and bots and scripts are filtered out.

    Aliases

    • Give your page an extra @ that redirects to your main one, e.g. yen.bio/glory sends people to yen.bio/1.
    • Swap which @ is your main any time from Settings. Your old main becomes an alias, so old links keep working.
    • Everyone starts with 1 alias; the team can raise your limit.

    New ways to make your page feel alive

    • Click effects: ripple, confetti, hearts or sparks wherever someone clicks.
    • Page spotlight: a soft light that follows the cursor across your whole page.
    • Background parallax for image and video backgrounds.
    • Avatar motion (float, pulse, sway), scrollbar styles, and accent-colored text selection.

    Custom fonts and animated cursors

    • Upload your own font (woff2, woff, ttf, otf) and use it for your whole page or just your name.
    • Animated .ani cursors now work, along with .cur, .ico and .png.
    • New name and bio effects: aurora, outline, chromatic and pulse. Plus name size and name case controls.

    Sparkles and gradient effects, fixed

    • Sparkles is now a field of twinkling stars across your name instead of a few drifting dots.
    • The gradient effect loops smoothly with no jump, and you can pick both colors (it used to always fade to black).
    • DNS values for custom domains are now click-to-copy.

    • Linking a domain now registers it properly and shows live DNS status, plus the exact record to add.
    • Domains that were saved before but never routed can be re-linked from Settings.

    Badges

    • The editor now shows every badge you actually own, including custom ones, so you can hide or recolor any of them.
