Group calls, screen sharing, and yen.bio for your computer

    • yen.bio for Mac, Windows and Linux: your chats, calls and page in their own window, with your unread count on the dock and calls that keep going when you close it. Get it from the download page.
    • Call your group chats: press the phone in a group and everyone gets a ping to join. Up to 8 people, and a join button shows in the chat while a call is on.
    • In a call on a computer, press share screen and pick a window, a tab or your whole screen. They see it in a window above the chat, and can make it full screen.
    • Stop from the call, or from your browser’s own stop sharing bar. Either of you can share.
    • Works when you’re both on the latest yen.bio: if the button isn’t there, the other person just needs to refresh.
  2. better

    momo’s own letters

    • The home page has new lettering: momo’s own typeface, drawn from scratch for yen.bio, with hearts over the i’s and little curled tails.
    • Headlines are made up like momo’s plush: soft stitched felt, each letter set by hand with its own small tilt.
    • Try a frame on from the home page and type your name to see it sewn in the same letters.

A drawing wall, new sections, moving backgrounds and more

    • This or that: put up to eight pairs on your page, like tea or coffee. Visitors pick, see your pick, and find out how much you match.
    • A Last.fm card: what you’re playing right now with the cover, your last few tracks and your top artists this week.
    • A Letterboxd card: the last four films you logged, as posters with your stars.
    • Add them from Sections in the editor. Paste a username or a profile link.
    • A drawing wall: visitors draw a doodle and pin it to your page. Approve each one first, or let them show straight away.
    • Try a template on your own page before you use it: on any template, switch the preview from the sample to “on my page”. Nothing changes until you press use.
    • Four new moving backgrounds: mesh (slow, flowing colour), waves, bokeh lights and falling petals.
    • Stack up to three layers on your name effect: an outline, 3D, a glow, a gentle float or sparkles. Gold with 3D and sparkles is a good place to start.
    • A save contact button for your page: visitors tap it and you land in their phone’s contacts with your name, picture, bio and links. Switch it on in the editor.
  2. better

The yen.bio bot, anywhere on Discord

    • Add the yen.bio bot to your own Discord account and use /profile, /search, /random and the rest in any server or DM, not just ours.
    • Right-click anyone, then Apps, then “yen.bio page” to see their page, if they show their Discord on it. Only you see the answer.
    • /profile and /badges suggest usernames as you type, and profile cards show the song on the page.
    • Bot cards wear yen.bio’s own pink and lilac now.
  3. new

Ten new frames from momo’s room, and our own letters

    • Ten new avatar frames, free for everyone: Moonrise, Spinning record, Rainy window, Neon hi, Lamplight, Tea time, Paper stars, Constellation, Stitched and Washi tape. Find them first in Avatar decoration in the editor.
    • Try any frame on before you sign up, in the mirror on the home page. Type your name, or use your own picture (it stays on your device).
    • Titles across yen.bio are now set in Yen Display, our own version of the round letters. On the home page they’re puffy sticker letters with little hearts over the i’s.
    • The name box on the home page is sewn into momo’s plush cushion, and it turns mint when your name is free.
    • The home page loads faster: our fonts now come from yen.bio itself, and the rest load without holding the page up.
  4. new

The Moonlit Tower, a bigger skill tree, and momo’s forge

    • Climb the Moonlit Tower once you’ve beaten the Bramble king. It’s endless. Your HP carries between floors, every fifth floor has a boss, and you can head home whenever you like. Fall, and momo carries home half the gold.
    • After each floor, pick one of three boons for the rest of the climb, like sharper claws, a cat nap or a lucky coin. Beat a boss floor and you can start the next climb just above it.
    • Every class’s skill tree now runs five steps deep in each branch. Choose one side of a fork at step four, then take a capstone. New passives include sidestepping hits, thorns, and starting fights with your ultimate half charged.
    • Upgrade your gear up to +5 at momo’s forge in the Shop. Each level makes the piece stronger.
    • The new Journal tab is momo’s bestiary: every monster you beat gets a page and a little note.
  5. new

A cozier home, and sweet new things in momo’s shop

    • Check in with momo on your home page: pick how you feel, and she answers. Add one line about your day if you like, and see your week of moods at a glance. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
    • momo leaves you a kind note every day, and the greeting over your name follows your own clock, from good morning to up late.
    • When you earn a new sticker, it lands on your sticker sheet with a little spring, and momo cheers you on.
    • Four cozy dashboard themes in settings: strawberry milk, cocoa, cotton candy and fairy lights.
    • New in momo’s shop: cherry clips, bunny ears, a sleepy cloud and pearls with a ribbon for your picture; strawberry milk and cotton candy names; strawberry milk and cloud nine bubbles; and strawberry picnic and bunny meadow nameplates.
  6. new

    momo's DJ booth

    • Listen is a real DJ booth now: a turntable you can drag to scrub, a pitch fader, and a level meter that dances with the song.
    • Shape the sound with bass, mid and treble knobs, a filter sweep, an echo, and a reverb switch. Drag a knob, or use the arrow keys.
    • Six sample pads (air horn, scratch, clap, laser, bass drop, and a momo nya) play over any song. Keys 1 to 6 work too.
    • Save up to six mixes and bring them back in one tap, and set a sleep timer that fades the song out after 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
  7. better

    Calls got cuter

    • The call card is a string telephone now: your picture and theirs, joined by a string that wiggles while it rings, with momo peeking over the top.
    • Little hearts travel down the string when either of you talks, and each picture glows while that person is speaking.
    • Shrink the card into a small pill in the corner to keep browsing, and tap it to open the card again.
  8. better

Calls keep going while you look around

    • A voice call no longer hangs up when you leave messages: check the feed, edit your page or open someone’s profile and keep talking, with the call card right there on every page.
    • Incoming calls ring wherever you are in the app, and on phones the lock screen shows who you’re talking to, with mute and hang up where your browser supports it.
  9. fixed

Full songs in Listen work again

    • Searching Listen for full songs found nothing, and saved songs stopped playing with “That song isn’t streamable right now.” Our music service changed how it names songs; search and playback both work again.
    • Songs you’d already saved to your playlist, favorites or profile move over by themselves the first time they play, and you can skip around inside a song again, on iPhone too.
  10. fixed

    Steadier voice calls

    • Mute always works now, the mic light turns off when a call ends, and calls that hit a rough patch on mobile recover instead of both phones giving up at once.
    • If your phone blocks their audio, a “tap to hear them” button shows up, and mic problems tell you what to fix (permission, no mic, or the mic busy in another app). When calls can’t be placed for a bit, it says so instead of “not found”.
  11. new

Six new sections for your page

    • Customize → Links → Sections: add a poll (one vote each, results after voting or always), ask me anything (questions stay private until you answer them on your page), an FAQ, a wishlist, your local time, or a countdown.
    • They take on your page’s style, from glass cards to Windows 98 windows, and you get a notification when someone asks you something.
  12. new

    momo’s word, a daily puzzle

    • Play → momo’s word: one five-letter word a day, the same for everyone, six tries. Green is the right letter in the right place, yellow is in the word somewhere else.
    • Keep a streak going, then copy your result as a little emoji grid to drop in a chat. momo cheers you on (and sulks a bit when it gets you).
  13. new

Share card: your page as a picture

    • Your page → Share card turns your page into a picture for your story or a post: your picture, name, bio, yen.bio link and a code people can scan, in night, your colour or light.
    • Save it as a PNG, or on your phone send it straight to Instagram, TikTok or anywhere else from the share sheet.
  14. fixed

See where you’re signed in, every time

    • Settings → Security used to hide the list of places you’re signed in once your sign-in was more than ten minutes old. It now says why and gives you a button to sign in again, so you can always find and end a session you don’t recognise.
  15. new

Your dashboard can wear your page

    • The home page has a dashboard you can try before signing up: switch between home, messages and customize, play with momo’s /roll, /8ball and /daily, and repaint a page in a tap. Nothing in it is saved.
    • A new dashboard theme, your page, takes its colours from your own page, so the place you edit it looks like the page itself. When you save a new look, the dashboard follows.
    • Turn it on with one tap under Customize → Pick a look, or in Settings → Appearance and the account menu.
  16. better

    Easier to read everywhere

    • Customize reads the same way as the rest of the dashboard: lowercase card titles and labels, and quieter cards.
    • Chats, notes and the feed use plain type for their small print instead of handwriting.
    • Labels in settings, premium, the status page and the rest of the dashboard are lowercase words instead of spaced-out capitals.
    • Buttons, tabs and small labels in chats, the editor, settings, Listen, the feed, inventory and the market use a plain, easier-to-read type, and the editor’s menu matches the sidebar.
    • The help center’s shortcuts sit on the night instead of paper cards, and headings in the shop, market, help and 404 pages read as one line.
  17. better

    A cleaner home page

    • What comes with your page is shown on a real-looking page now: momo’s, with her song, her Discord status, her badges and a little snow, each one pointed out. Everything else is a short list that says what’s free and what’s premium.
    • The three steps and the questions sit on the night instead of paper cards, and headings across the site read as one line, with no small capital labels above them.
  18. better

    A calmer, clearer dashboard

    • Your link sits at the top of the sidebar now, with buttons to view your page and copy the link, and the sidebar is grouped by what you’re doing: your people (feed, messages, notifications, spaces), your page, play, store and account.
    • Home opens on your page running live, right beside this week’s views, with customize, copy link and open one tap away. Your @, aliases, UID and Discord connection are in one account panel.
    • Titles, buttons and notes across the dashboard are easier to read, and log in, sign up and password reset now happen in momo’s room, the same one the home page opens on.

Listen plays full songs from evi.wtf

    • Search and play full tracks in Play → Listen (not 30-second teases), heart favorites, build a playlist, or upload your own files.
    • Shuffle, repeat, volume, seeking, and a sticky mini-player stay with you across the dashboard — plus you can set a Listen track as your profile song.

    Voice calls connect more steadily

    • DM voice calls are less likely to stall on “linking up…” or drop right after you answer — the handshake retries safer, and brief network blips can recover instead of hanging up.
  2. new

    Kuromi nameplate

    • A hot-pink / cyan Kuromi stage nameplate landed in the staff shelf — locked to @x.
  3. fixed

momo’s room shows up right away

    • The front-page room film starts as soon as you land — you shouldn’t need to scroll down and back up to see it.
  4. fixed

Real verified badge on feed profiles

    • Verified accounts show the official verified seal next to their name on feed profiles — not a pink check circle.

Chat read receipts + Bramble throne

    • Marking a chat as read no longer blows up when the last thing on screen was a local momo tip.
    • Bramble throne shows why it’s locked, and if you already cleared Road watch before Spore hollow existed, you’re unblocked.
  2. new

The RPG got a whole world

    • Four painted regions to clear — Mosslight Woods, Hollow Shrine, Glass Garden, and Starless Crown — with momo story beats, bosses that change mid-fight, and a map you can walk.
    • Skill trees for every class (a second skill + an ultimate), crits, in-fight items, a daily gear merchant, and loot with rarity.
    • Your hero wears their gear as a paper-doll sticker, fights play on region backdrops with damage numbers, and chat /rpg + /dungeon get the same upgrade.
  3. new

A new front page, in momo’s room

    • The yen.bio home page opens on momo’s room as a living, painted film: rain on the window, the neon sign, the lava lamp and momo asleep. During events the room dresses up for them (it’s Halloween in there right now).
    • A 30-second tour of yen.bio, with sound, right under it.
    • Claiming your name is a glowing bar that tells you as you type whether the name is free, and the song still plays from the corner.
  4. fixed

    Voice calls stay connected

    • DM voice calls no longer connect and then drop right away when the chat list refreshes in the background.
  5. better

    Cozier feed profiles

    • Feed profiles get a softer banner glow, tilted avatar, enamel badge tray, and a cleaner handle · pronouns · meta ribbon — notes, replies, and hearts stay right underneath.
    • When you’re signed in, feed profiles and status pages sit next to the dashboard sidebar (with “find your people” on the right), and group crests keep their own colors.
    • The green “online” pillow on feed profiles only shows when that person is actually online.
    • Status pages paint edge-to-edge across the main column so the background meets the dashboard rail and runs behind trending tags — with softer rounded corners and a glass “this note” top bar.
