After you pay
- yumu pro starts the moment your payment confirms. Buying again adds the time on top of what you have. Crypto never renews by itself; a PayPal subscription renews until you cancel it on the yumu pro page. When it ends, nothing is deleted: see When yumu pro ends.
- Early Supporter: yumu pro bought on or before November 12, 2026 also gives you the permanent Early Supporter badge.
- Donator appears in your badge row automatically. Recolor, reorder or hide it in Customize → Profile → Badges.
- Custom badge gives you a credit; design the badge in Dashboard → Shop.
- Alias slots raise your limit straight away. Add the names in Settings → Aliases.
- Extra account codes are listed in the Shop. Give one to whoever is making the account; they enter it on the sign-up page.
Paying with crypto
- 1Pick an item and a coin. You get a checkout with a QR code, an exact amount and an address. It’s valid for 30 minutes.
- 2Send exactly that amount, on that network, from a wallet you control.
- 3Paste the transaction ID (or its explorer link) on the checkout page.
- 4Once it confirms (usually a minute or two; Bitcoin around ten), it’s added to your account automatically.
- Coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Dogecoin and Toncoin, whichever are switched on. Ethereum means plain ETH on mainnet, sent from a normal wallet, not tokens or other networks.
- Why exact? Each checkout has its own amount, which is how we know the payment is yours without ever holding your money. Exchanges often take their fee out of what you send, so send from your own wallet.
- Wrong amount, wrong coin or paid late? Paste the transaction anyway. The checkout is flagged for staff, who sort it out by hand. Contact us in Discord with your checkout link.
- Refunds: crypto payments can’t be reversed, so purchases are final except where the law says otherwise.
